I just tried them on, they fit perfectly. My waist is 32 to 34 depending on the brand. I first bought American t-shirts and had to return them because they were big in the waist and very long. Came back and got US S+ (32.5/30) and they are perfect. The quality is good for the price too! To update. Just put knee pads in and they suck! It would be great if my knees were on the inside of my leg. Whenever you kneel or bend your leg, they twist into the inside of your leg. I think I'll have to buy $150 pants for them to work properly.
