I purchased this wrap for my VW classic beetle. The aftermarket exhaust was adding excessive heat to my engine compartment. The wrap did the job. I just dumped the wrap in a bowl of water and wrapped it with one end in the bowl. Highly recommend keeping it wet. This will keep the fibers from flying into the air as you wrap. Keep your skin covered. Safety goggles are a must. As soon as i was finished with the install, I vacuumed the entire area and my clothing. Some did make its way through my shirt sleeves. I was as if needles and pins were poking me.
