The system for backups works very well without having to install any software client to make it work - this system has saved us a lot of time as IT has been able to work with other areas of business now. As with most such systems, there can be issues in times when server down, internet slow etc but these are rare & not enough to complain about! Have started using it again after many years off. This solution is easy to setup & use so that no one understands the technology they require & how to set it up themselves. Backups have always been a headache point for most businesses which was resolved by cobalt iron. The UI of cobolt iron makes it very easy for users who are new at backups or those with less technical skills like me because you can learn how things work easily by reading through documentation. I have used many other tools which were way more difficult than this one so i am happy that my colleagues recommended using them as well since they helped us alot when we had issues regarding our back ups especially during outages due problems within systems etc..
