Excellent support for all customers involved in our fleet, from dispatch through invoicing, billing etc! It's easy with DBER as you can see everything online or via mobile app (which is great!). We have also been able use it at other locations too which has made life easier when we travel between sites across different state lines/jurisdictions within states. There are no downsides that I am aware of so far but would like maybe some additional options regarding reporting functions? Great system overall though - customer service team always super friendly, helpful and supportive.- Customer data collection- Invoice generation by hand if needed rather than printing off an invoice after each job completed; instead enter info manually then print out once done.
