Very helpful and professional staff

I like that it is very easy for me as an employee of our organization, because you can easily control all aspects from one place (mobile). Also they have good customer service! Sometimes there are some problems with their system but this happens rarely so far in my experience - still not perfect though :) But everything works fine at least 95% time or even 99%. We use them mainly during construction projects when we need help keeping track what needs attention by contractors/subcontractors etc…

Cons
  • Sometimes their system goes down and stops working properly
  • They have a lot of data which is not really necessary for us
  • It is quite expensive

Great customer service & helpful support staff

I like that it is easy for me as an individual employee or department manager, but also has features which are available at no charge if you have 3 employees in your organization (or fewer). It's not always intuitive how things work so some training would help with this -- especially when we first started using them! We use their web-based system primarily now though they do offer mobile apps too - both iOS/Android platforms will be coming soon along wtih additional functionality such as data…

Pros
  • The platform was very user friendly from day 1 to date & beyond..it did everything my business needed while still being simple enough anyone can figure out quickly without having much tech experience required

Easy to Use Fleet Management System

Excellent support for all customers involved in our fleet, from dispatch through invoicing, billing etc! It's easy with DBER as you can see everything online or via mobile app (which is great!). We have also been able use it at other locations too which has made life easier when we travel between sites across different state lines/jurisdictions within states. There are no downsides that I am aware of so far but would like maybe some additional options regarding reporting functions? Great system

  • Very friendly staff, great support team very helpful and always prompt in answering questions/requests

  • Not much I can say here really unless you have a suggestion for an improvement?
