I like that it is easy for me as an individual employee or department manager, but also has features which are available at no charge if you have 3 employees in your organization (or fewer). It's not always intuitive how things work so some training would help with this -- especially when we first started using them! We use their web-based system primarily now though they do offer mobile apps too - both iOS/Android platforms will be coming soon along wtih additional functionality such as data analytics reporting etc..
