The best part is that it has all features required by any airline such as booking tickets online/offline, managing flight status etc., It also offers many other services like check-in kiosk management, lounge access control etc. Easy to use interface which can be easily understood even without technical background. Some minor bugs in its UI should get fixed soon otherwise I would have given 5 stars rating only because there are no major issues at present time but if you do not mind these then go ahead! We used this tool from past 3 years now we started using some new tools so far nothing bad about avaio yet they provide good support when needed too. Booking ticket was very easy task compared to others available out here.
