I like that it provides access to services that I normally would not have access to, if I weren’t at my job. The interface is clunky and slow, and often takes a good amount of time to navigate. There is the option of getting it transferred to your phone, which helps with ease of use, but it’s still a hassle. If I were to choose one, I’d say it would be the ease of access to insurance and medical facilities. This helps us out with access to certain medical facilities, which is helpful, but can also help us with other services that we wish we had easier access to. I like how easy it is to use. It's very user friendly. The customer support team is amazing as well! Sometimes it freezes but that's just because we're using a lot of resources at once. It helps us keep track of appointments and doctor visits in one place.
