The ease of use, its ability to track appointments, and it's user friendly design makes this program very easy to learn how to navigate in order to perform your job duties efficiently. The best thing about EZCare is that it allows me to see everything at once without having to go through each individual doctor's notes or appointments. It can be overwhelming trying to keep track of so many things but I am able to quickly find what I need when I'm in the middle of something else! I like that it provides access to services that I normally would not have access to, if I weren’t at my job. The interface is clunky and slow, and often takes a good amount of time to navigate. There is the option of getting it transferred to your phone, which helps with ease of use, but it’s still a hassle.
