Review on myEZcare by Amy Cook

I like that this software can be used in any office or clinic type setting - from small solo practitioner clinics, larger group offices such as dental groups/associations etc., large multi-practice organizations across multiple states / Canada regions if needed! The support team has been great at communicating issues back and forth so problems don't linger long once found & corrected (or new product suggestions are requested). There have not many negative things about My ezCare Software as it does what was advertised by their sales rep (and then some!). It's nice having one place where you enter your data into each time instead of entering 10 times per visit. It has helped us manage our appointments and make sure that we are not overbooked. It has also made life easier when it comes to scheduling patients on our service. The only drawback of this software was that at one stage we had an issue where it kept crashing which caused some inconvenience. There were issues with data entry as well. I would highly recommend the software! We have been able to manage appointments in the most effective way possible and avoid running out of appointments.
