Great for keeping organized plus good support

The product has helped our clinic streamline workflow in many ways! It works great as it allows us more time off work (we can do appointments during lunch!) but even if you're not taking advantage we feel there's something better out here that could help make things easier/more efficient? We've been using this software since mid-2014 so I cannot say what changed between then & now because honestly - nothing really did change except some updates were made by My ez Care which seems like they have done well at making changes requested from customers when needed or required anyway!! Good thing too cuz sometimes those fixes take longer than expected before coming through :) Definitely use them guys. They always try their best everytime i call about anything needing fixed etc.- Nothing specifically dislikeable apart maybe waiting around awhile after requesting stuff be updated /fixed haha :). I like that the system is constantly improving and has many features that can be used to streamline your business. The customer service is also great! They have always been willing to help me out with any issue or question that I have had. There are not many things that I dislike about this software. It is easy to use and allows you to keep track of appointments, billing, and other important aspects of your office.

  • Easy navigation for all employees involved.
  • Customer Service was very helpful whenever an error occurred within program functions suchas missing items dueto incorrect inputted data into fields
  • Very accommodating staff who will go above AND beyond just helping YOU personally get everything resolved quickly
