Broke in less than a month!

2. UPDATE: contacted company. Seems willing to help. I was told they would send a replacement under warranty. It was July 21, 2020. It is now September 1, 2020 and no replacement was delivered. Email sent to the original person and received no reply, also posted a new message on the company website. It is obvious that this company works with opaque methods and does not care about its customers. Better buy elsewhere! UPDATE: In less than a month, the latch broke completely. Doesn't work at all. Works as it should! Installs easily. I just changed the door handle, so nothing complicated. There are YouTube videos you can watch online to help with the installation.
