Amazing skates out of the box. 5 months later they are complete garbage.

I want to write a good review here. I really know But after about 4 months of talking to the Flying Eagle through different channels, I can't write a positive review about this skate or the Flying Eagle in general. rode along for the last year. However, after about a month of use and about 4 turns of the wheel, I tried to loosen the wheel and the threads on the frame came loose completely. I contacted Flying Eagle and they never replied. About two weeks later, when I couldn't skate, I ordered a new set of drift frames from proskatersplace.com and called it a loss. I also ordered a set of Supersonic frames from the same site to try out the three wheel action. About a month later, the screw connecting the bottom strap fell off while skating, and I didn't notice until I got home. I contacted the Flying Eagle again and received radio silence. I went to my local Home Depot and bought about 6 M8 bolts, knowing I would likely run into the problem again. About a month ago when the screw connecting the cuff to the boot came loose and got lost on the road. I contacted Flying Eagle again and didn't even get an email confirming they received my complaint. Going back to Home Depot where I bought some more metric screws (I don't remember the size now) and got them working. My skates really did look like a Frankenstein monster when I replaced the frames and (2) protruding screws. I went skating again today and the top strap ripped completely in half. This is something I can't just go to Home Depot to fix, rendering my skates completely useless again. I really wish Flying Eagle was better. Like I said, these are phenomenal skates. They have excellent ankle support, are reasonably breathable and the swing frame is top notch. But they break easily and the customer service is complete bullshit. From now on I buy Powerslides.
