Down south, pulled pork is a staple on the menu at every restaurant, wedding and family picnic. I'm not Martha Stewart so I was nervous when it was my turn to cook this special family meal. While lots of tips have helped me safely get through the seasoning and cooking, I've had a terrible time actually "stretching" the pork into the right little pieces. easy separation of the meat. I didn't know what I was looking for because I didn't know meat claws existed! I was so happy that I accidentally clicked on the Cave Tools page. Not only did it look exactly how I wanted it, I really liked the photo and quote pages. It really helped and made me feel at home. I liked that they talked in detail about the company, how it started and how they developed this handy tool. Even a novice cook like me felt in safe hands. These guys really say they know their stuff - and they should - it's a great tool. I ordered meat claws and was so happy they did exactly what they said they would. For an inexperienced chef like me, they gave me confidence. If you think that such a tool would also make your life easier, I strongly recommend you to consider this tool sold by Cave Tools. As you can see from their Revain page, this company is great!
