Review on BRAKE Bike Brake Pads Guide by Chris Lapan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Impressive! The E-MTB giant now holds even better!

I read other reviews on this pair of brake pads and I have to say I was skeptical about the "fit" or braking performance for my Giant Trance E+ e heavy MTB. [I also installed a new set of front and rear discs for best braking] I am very impressed with these pads! I had to leave my front brakes 50% OFF when riding the graded singletrack because they worked so GREAT and didn't want to slip in my corners. [better brakes help you move faster weird but true] FIT was excellent, installed them, increased the gap, squeezed four pistons and installed a set of front and rear wheels (also with new SRAM rotors) *BAM* , ready to rock and It was really nice to have that kind of stopping power, especially when the 50lb e-MTB is going down steps - you'll appreciate those brake pads (and the new rotors, buy those right now too). New tires were also fitted later, which only increased confidence on the descent. Enjoy!

Pros
  • Quiet,Good noise isolation and easy modulation
Cons
  • Dull packaging
