Recently installed on my 2018 Sierra 1500. See video. I installed with the key off and ignition off. Works (so far) just like a device twice as expensive. No more V4! I drive my truck every day so the bad battery ratings are zero for me. I will update if there are problems. Make sure you order the correct device for your vehicle. It works! It is great!
