Bought to replace another license plate frame camera that doesn't adjust to bright conditions. I figured it would be a quick swap and that I could keep the existing wiring to my main unit, but the male and female connections were opposite the camera I was replacing so I had to route the cables that came with it. The quality of the frame itself of this device is excellent - it's a very durable metal frame. The picture itself from the camera is so-so, but for the price this device was such a steal. Remember that the camera output includes reversing lines that naturally snap. I would have preferred a Sony head unit to generate guides so they can be adjusted. Many rear cameras have a jumper wire that can be cut to remove leads from the camera, but these don't appear to be removable. Overall, the value can't be beat as this camera is under $25.
