About a month ago I got a job that requires me to be on my feet for 8hrs and my feet were killing me to the point I could barely walk. I went to the doctor and apparently my Achilles tendons were inflamed. I've been doing stretches and taking medicine for it but I also bought these cups to relief the pressure on my feet while I'm walking. They are comfortable and do help a little but them alone don't do the trick for me. I also use some other insuls on my shoes (AND bought gel shoes) to do the trick. Anyway, they're not bad for my purposes but I can only wear them for about a week before they start stretching and sliding off to the back of my feet and I have to adjust them 2-3 times at work and they get really uncomfortable (my feet are skinny too so idk why they're stretching so fast). I am buying more now because I haven't found anything else yet but if I do find something similar that will actually last more than a week I will definitely switch.
