We had roller catches on our cabinets and it drove me absolutely nuts with how loud they were when opening and closing the doors (especially for this midnight snacks). We removed them and replaced them with these, which still make noise when opening and closing but not as loud.The good: Cheap and effective for kitchen cabinetsThe bad: Alignment can be a touch difficult.Be aware:With any cabinet closing system you need space for the door to close, so if you put the housing too close on the edge of the cabinet when you go to the close the door the strike plate will cause it to sit open.Also if you have heavy doors, this is not the magnet for them.
