Good quality neoprene
I ordered this to make a shelf for my center console in my car. It was hard plastic and sounded like a dump truck going through a nitroglycerin factory. It has a good grip and weight to prevent twisting. good price too. I will say that my 20 watt laser will NOT cut through 1/8 inch of this material. He hardly scratches it. So for those who want to cut it with a laser. I would say you need at least 40 watts.
