Review on 🔧 Dorman 977-300 Fuel Injection Throttle Body - Optimized for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury Models by Vincent Poolaw

Completely fixed engine surge and low idle/stall on my 2011 Escape 2.5L. I never got the error code but I didn't want to wait for it. As others have said, if you replace the throttle body, disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes to clear the computer as the computer will need to relearn the throttle positions. When finished, allow the engine to warm up for 10-15 minutes for the relearn process. Took me about 10 minutes to replace the part, about 45 minutes total.
