I didn't realize the importance of using the right sponge for mopping, buffing and waxing. I would use the same mopping pad and expect it to remove swirl marks. Work to death with bad results and then blame the squad. This kit contains everything you need to remove minor scuffs and scratches from your paintwork to keep it looking like new. I have a 2004 truck with light oxidation and thought it needed a paint job. I came across this set and the results were amazing. I can't tell you how they feel about themselves as a pro, but I can say they felt good about me. Watch some videos to learn how to use them properly and you will be pleased with the results. I used a Dewalt orbital sander with these pads; when spraying with a bottle of water and when using only the composition. I will say that personal preference prevails here, but both methods are effective. Add more compound and/or water before the pad dries to ensure durability. Also keep them clean for better performance and durability. Highly recommend pads and watch some videos on the technique.
