UPDATE: the company reached out and provided replacement batteries at no cost as they deemed my previous set likely defective. So far, the new batteries are working great. Solid customer service.I bought about $100 worth of various sizes of these batteries along with the charger and have used them mainly at Christmas time (i.e. not a lot of usage or charging cycles in their lifetime). They were purchased in October, 2020. It's now December, 2022 and for all intents and purposes, they are worthless. On a full charge, they will last a few hours - more hassle than what they're worth. Very disappointing. Went back to check on a warranty and can't find anything unfortunately.
