Very cheap and helps when you just don't want to rely on the MMI, especially if it has lied to you about the level in the past. I don't know why Audi didn't use one of these as a backup, but I'm so glad I bought it here. Let's just say, in the past MMI said there was less than 1 liter (low) left when it was actually full. I barely poured 1 liter to get to the store like bam! -Smoke everywhere from the overflow. Thank goodness the store fixed it for free under warranty. Anyway, if you have an Audi, you need it. For reference I have a 2013 A4 2.0T and didn't have to change the top - it fits perfectly.
