I love that this monitor is so thin and light and connects to my laptop with a single cable. Even on a tiny Starbucks desk, I can easily set up my portable office and multitask between two Lepow monitors and my MacBook. It took some fiddling to get the monitor working with my MacBook. I first connected the USB-C cable that came with the monitor and it seemed to work fine. When I decided to try my setup at a coffee shop a week later, I couldn't get the screen to work at all. Long story short, I found out that the cable was defective. I bought a good quality USB cable and haven't had any issues in this regard since. The only other issue is that I had to fiddle around with the screen settings a lot to get the display right for me. I ran for about 2 hours with this configuration and found my MacBook battery charged from almost full to 73% despite the MacBook being plugged in the entire time. When I had a problem with my USBC cable I contacted the company and they immediately contacted me and created a ticket. They advised me to use their prepaid label to send in a replacement monitor. In the meantime I've decided to try a better quality cable (ordered from Revain the day before) and that actually helped. I informed the company that I had solved the problem and they didn't really have an answer. I thought they would offer me a replacement cable but at least it worked for me.
