Great looking Jack. Super bad customer service.

On arrival the rear hopper was frozen and not spinning, causing the rear wheel to drag and leave tracks on the ground instead. Called Arkan 3 times and took more than 15 minutes to wait each day and no answer picked up the call. Finally got through with the service department and after two months and three different promised ETAs there is still no rear roller.
