Fits perfectly. The only issue is the crankcase hose which wasn't bolted on tight so I had to get a clutch but that's about it. You only hear the intake when you're around 5000 rpm so it's almost a redline but it sounds amazing! It's like a compressor! I had it in just one day. I didn't check the mileage. There might be some extra power, but nothing significant. As long as it looks and sounds cool. Mandatory and affordable upgrade for the 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS.
