The first thing on my mind was to return this oven. The settings were strange and the controls took a little getting used to. The presets are mostly useless except for pizza and toast, but the usual presets like fried potatoes or fish are missing, the temps in the presets are either very high or very low like a cake. So I have to guess some settings. Also doesn't fit a regular 12" pizza so I had to cut it in half. It's a good size, fits perfectly in my rack under the cabinets and looks very nice. It's easy to clean and I love the finishes. I've used it for all types of dishes - my strips of mussels. turned out surprisingly well. In my old oven, some were burned, some were browned. Every strip baked perfectly in this oven. The pizza turned out well, I have to adjust the time for baked potatoes and fries to take a little longer to crisp up. After studying the service and settings, almost everything cooks just right, so I decided to leave it. Instructions that are very poorly written - too much information is skipped How can I lower the fan? It's mentioned but I can't find out how anywhere.
