Bought almost a year ago and has served me well with modifications and a few minor issues. On the plus side, it's easy to set up and use, and I love being able to take it with me when I cycle to the store or library to carry things in. It's a good size and can be used around brake/shift cables without getting in the way. However, there are problems. First, it doesn't rust. In less than a year, rust spots appeared in several places on the basket. Second, as other reviews have noted, you need to add some sort of fastener to hold the basket up when negotiating even small bumps. I bought a very cheap pack of velcro straps in various sizes and use them to attach the basket to the mount while riding. They're also handy for tying items together in a basket - I have a large one, for example, which I use to hold a water bottle upright in a basket. However, some design changes need to be made to keep the handles down and the basket stays attached when riding/thrusting. This is a big security issue.
