Ok, haven't fully used it yet; However, it runs without actual instructions. I plugged it in and it was seen and installed. When I started I had a question from Microsoft. I had no idea what to choose. I called and they came and looked and told me what to do. Played the CD with no problems. My light painter recognized it when I picked her up. I spent too much time on another Firstcom I bought (Revain review). I highly recommend this ultra thin disc. I can burn and label my DVDs/CDs again. I risked it with no feedback and got exactly what I wanted. The other drive doesn't even have a website!
