The best part about this program was that it could be implemented very quickly with little training required of our pharmacists or support personnel to get started using their system.

I felt like we were able to use its capabilities in ways never possible before (ease access during off hours). It can become cumbersome when there are multiple people working within one department who need different types/sizes of information from each other - but most often than not, everyone has been trained well enough so they know what needs which person's attention immediately!
