The ability to pull up a patient's medications in one place and allow our pharmacists to make sure that they are correct and no errors exist. The best part about this program was that it could be implemented very quickly with little training required of our pharmacists or support personnel to get started using their system. I felt like we were able to use its capabilities in ways never possible before (ease access during off hours). It provides easy access to all medications within our organization which was previously spread over multiple sources (PEP system as well). The integration capability from PGR does not appear that strong yet - we had issues finding some reports where it didn't integrate with other systems very easily or seamlessly into its interface; so if you're used to seeing them in different places they can be hard to locate/find when looking through your daily tasks list of what's needed.
