Review on 🪛 Standard Whiteside Router Bits RU3100 by Rubeen Black

I live outside the US so my main cutters are metric - nominally 8mm. I bought this bit hoping it would fit into my collection of 8mm bits. He comes! They are designed for medium to heavy duty work such as that used in the manufacture of heavy furniture. It is psychologically comfortable to use such a sturdy racquet as you will feel that it is unlikely to break even in difficult situations. You can feel that the bit is very durable. This is my first 8mm carbide (I have 1/4" and 1/2"). After a few months I haven't had a chance to use it in real work, but I've run some very successful tests and I'm confident that it won't bother me in real use. Recommended. Edited to add: I had a chance to use it today. It fits both the 8mm Bosch collet and the Makita just fine, but for the Makita you need a little tighter or it could fall out of the collet, which you don't want at 22,000rpm. Makita's 8mm collet is not the same project as their 6mm and 1/4" collet for the Makita RT0701, it has a smaller range for gripping the bit, and if you consider this particular bit as anything under 8 Looking at mm, it is clear why you must be particularly careful when using it with this Makita router model. Works for both heavily dried white pine and ipe. It left some burrs for the cut bit, as expected, but left the channel empty enough. I didn't use a vacuum but I think it could be easier.
