09/10/19 Installing the shock itself is not too difficult. Made 3 trips to the auto parts store for the tool rental and a total of 14 hours after all was said and done. Be sure to ask a friend for help. It is incredibly difficult to remove the bottom bolts on a standard shock as they not only stick, they almost stick to the rubber bushing. Spray everything down with a PB blaster or similar the night before. Be careful when compressing the coil to install on the new Blistein 5100 shock. It compresses heavily when using the 2.0" lift setting. Somehow the body of my truck lifts about 1 inch afterwards. And the ride doesn't seem smooth from what I've read from a lot of people. I'm awaiting a response from the support team regarding these issues. I will update my review when the issue is resolved.
