Yesterday I finally got a chance to test these balls and I see they will find a place in the bag of a beginner, a high handicap player or a player on a budget whoever wants to try out multi-component balls. As expected, the ionomer coating is extremely durable. I ran a ball through a barrage of shots, from wedge to driver, and no cuts or major abrasions. If you shake it well they fly far and straight away from the driver and irons. As you would expect from an ionomer coated ball, they fail around the greens. These balls just didn't match the urethane coated balls I usually play. The price is pretty decent for a three-piece ball, but there are only a few bucks more urethane options, so it comes down to how much you're willing to spend and what kind of performance you're looking for. Overall these balls are not for me but I think they will be a good budget option for the right people.
