Revain Filter System says this item will not fit 2005 C6 Coupe. However, based on the title and other reviews, I agreed. They just fit well. Installs very easily. Just remember that you have to pull the tabs to remove the old ones. The new ones just snap into place. After that, read the instructions and apparently you shouldn't have to. So pull out the tab when you do this. I would attach to the fender first and then to the hood. Reverse, especially on the driver's side, is very difficult. I decided to take it off the hood after a minute or two and walk the other way. They are very strong compared to stocks. Of course, even with the slightest breeze, they no longer held the hood. After installation, I really had to pull the hood down from the center to reduce twist. I expect it will get easier, but overall I'm very happy. I saw a review that said the connections were sloppy. This is not my experience. However, when delivered, one of the ends was not fully tightened. I pulled them all the way down and they were solid as a rock.
