Good lock, bad instructions

Instructions Problem: The instructions that came with mine called for removing the cover on the inside of the lock, installing two mounting screws and replacing the cover; but there is not enough clearance between the screw heads and the cover for that. The instruction video asks to simply put the screws through the holes in the cover. The cover deforms slightly before the screws are fully tightened. If you do not fully tighten the screws, they will quickly loosen when in use. There is a video tutorial called "Installation-video-c3f" on the Vizilock dot com website. Fastening quality: the inner cover is easily deformed before the fastening screws are fully tightened, but they must be fully tightened, otherwise they will loosen in use. It is possible to turn the lock to the CLOSED position and close the door, leaving the room empty with the door locked, which is undesirable for a public facility. -- a useful feature in case the child locks themselves in the bathroom -- no need to look for the key. The listing says you can use a dime, but I think that would be difficult. If there is room in the setup to insert a credit card to pick the deadbolt, that works too (there is no keeper on the deadbolt to prevent breaking the credit card. The lock seems very strong and easy to use.
