Review on πŸ”§ HUF IntelliSens OE TPMS Sensor 433 MHz - RDE012V21 Version for North America by Bobby Plymell

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Didn't work on Mini Cooper R56 2010

All four (4) sensors failed to register with the car's TPMS system. Vehicle stock 2010 R56 Hardtop Mini Cooper. Reinstalled several times, didn't help. I heard that around 2009 Mini changed the TPMS, either the frequency or something else. I'm not sure how to tell which versions of the cars they were; nobody seems to know until the current sensors are removed and tested. According to the description it should fit as an OEM - but it doesn't. The cost of removing the wheels and sending them back is more than credit for them, so 4 incompatible sensors are stuck.
