I'm not a cook just a mom pretending I'm ready. Fill in the waffle mixture. It seems easy to say pour about <measure> into each section. However, this is not the case, so I over- and under-filled multiple times. Once I find the perfect amount, it gets better. It's hard to clean up, especially when you're overflowing. I overstuffed and it ran down the sides (all 4 sides) and onto the countertop. Trying to clean it without wetting the area with electrical components is difficult, I just hope it's well protected. Obviously it only has one temperature and I'd like to control the temperature because I think it should be a little hotter. The waffle sheet is not a stick, I rubbed oil on it before cooking (as I said) and had no problem with the waffles sticking. All in all I wanted a waffle maker and I ended up with waffles. Nevertheless, I will not buy this product again and will not recommend this product to anyone.
