Review on Twin by Kirt Phillips

The best feature we loved was how easily it can be integrated with our existing application using API's, which helped us in saving time as well money by not having an internal development team for such tasks! Also their customer service has been excellent & super quick at solving issues when they arise!! We also love all 3 of them - Chatbot (Twin), VoiceBot/Automation Scripting Language(TAL)&; Automations Studio where you create your own Tasks or scripts via drag-and drop etc., LiveChat Support Team who are extremely helpful even though I have had only 1 support ticket so far but from my interactions till now, this looks like something very good about Twins product line! It would definitely help save much more effort going into developing custom solutions rather than building features within applications / websites already developed internally!! If needed there could maybe be some additional training sessions held regarding APIs integration between apps since its pretty difficult if one does.
