Very high quality collar. I originally bought this for my little Chihuahua (because he scratched some of the stitching on his leather collar) but after measuring his neck and ordering Small I was able to take him off even though he was pinned down to the smallest size. the size. So the case was handed over to the older brother. I have not loosened the collar and it fits him perfectly. There are two strong metal rings and one plastic ring. I was confused at first as the metal rings are at 3 and 6 o'clock and I thought one for the leash and the other for the tag. After reading the reviews I now understand the function of this collar and the location of the rings. I prefer this material to a chain around my dog's neck. Despite being small dogs, they tend to pull. The collar is very well made (like other collars I have from Might Paw). I am very happy with this purchase.
