Horror the worst. I don't know if I have a manufacturing defect or something similar, but the thing is not up to date at all. It will NOT screw into the wall and will not become a flat bar. If you screw in all the tubes, they are NOT in the right configuration, so you have to leave them loose too, which creates a whole new set of problems. I decided to try anyway, HUGE mistake. Firstly the included anchors and drywall screws are CRAFTSMANSHIP, they didn't work so I had to get snap bolts which worked fine for anchoring. Then when it came time to install the second piece due to the warped shape, not only was it impossible to straighten, but the screws pulled through the wall! It was so warped in the metal that when I placed the other side on a flat surface it actually ripped it off the wall. So now I have huge holes in the wall, totally damaged, I need to patch up the repairs and repaint the wall. Not only was it bad, it was now costing me a lot of money. I am very angry. DO NOT buy this unless you plan to install something very uneven or just want to ruin walls.
