Review on Nokian Tires Nordman SX3 185/60 R15 88T summer by Adam Wojtczuk ᠌

The product sucks and the quality is terrible.

I drive calmly, so I won’t say anything for the roll and demolition in corners at high speeds. With a normal, normal driving style, everything is fine, the stock of "derzhak" is felt. In general, summing up, a good rubber for its price tag. Soft, quiet. From this follow nuances in the form of a certain "vanity" in rebuilding. Normal good tires for a reasonable price. For the city + quiet movement on the highway - that's it. Chose between cordiant, 150 bridge and nokian. There was no other adequate in my rather rare size. Tires pleased, let's see what happens at a distance. And three months have not passed - a wheel burst on a flat road. There were no blows or cuts. And the most interesting thing is that in addition to the fact that the new tires are in the trash, now you also pay out of your own pocket. How? Very simple. When buying in blacktyres, the sellers unanimously stated that the tires have an extended warranty, and everything would be fine, only it does not apply to this model. And it was not the employee who confused how much after this incident, he communicated in another store of the network. They confirmed to me that yes, it is. And then in another place. As a result, Nokia kicked back, since there is no extended warranty. blacktyres, apparently, will also kick back, they have already said that they say they don’t deal with the guarantee, all questions are for Nokian. All promises about the extended warranty upon purchase flew apparently to the same place as the quality of the Nokian. I do not recommend tires, I will not take this again. As the guys from Nokia wrote - operational damage. Apparently, according to the Nokians, the joints and small irregularities of the Hong Kong highways create too serious obstacles. It is necessary to fly through the air . The advantage of this model, apparently, is one - it burst at a relatively low speed, thanks for being alive .

Pros
  • Skated a few weeks before drawing any conclusions. I will say right away that there is not much experience in using different tires, therefore, only subjective feelings in contrast to winter and the previous old set of summer. In general, a pleasant impression of the rubber. After the tire fitting, the behavior of the car has changed a lot, the first meters are a very soft ride. Quiet - in the urban mode of use, of course, there is noise, but absolutely within reasonable limits. After 80, the noise increases, but again, not catastrophically. In a rut does not yearn. In the rain, the behavior of the car is predictable. Of course, I didn’t fly into half-meter puddles at 120, but with small puddles and water in a rut, as well as common sense, it’s a very comfortable movement. I can't say enough about durability and reliability. The sidewall is soft.
Cons
  • Excessive softness (subjectivism). Silly to choose soft rubber and complain about it, but still. Expected a little tougher. As for braking, it’s somehow incomprehensible on the first trips, even after the spikes on dry braking, it’s somehow not confident (there are 3 options - cold weather around + 5-7 makes itself felt. The factory layer of the finish coating has not yet worn out by that time or simply erroneous sensations) After several trips, I got used to it. It seems normal, but there is no wow effect. There is no clarity in the rebuilds, but this is normal with such soft rubber compounds.
