Defective product, unacceptable customer service.

Defective goods, unacceptable behavior towards the customer. After six months of use, the steam mop stopped producing steam. Shark does not have a customer support email address. So if you have a problem you have to call customer service which would be nice if they ever contacted a person but they don't. I can't even resolve my issues with the company because customer service hangs up before I can contact the person, there is no support email address (how is that possible in 2018, I have no idea), and I I have a broken steam cleaner. Really such a disappointing experience.
