Review on 🔬 USCAMEL Illuminated Microscope with 40X to 2000X Magnification by Adam Taylor

We only had a week, so maybe I don't know everything. I looked at different microscopes for weeks and obviously decided on this one. It had ideal performance and a fair price for quality at around $100. first impression. heavy, durable, affordable, stylish and comfortable design. no toy! Metal bodies, plastic grips, glass and metal objectives and eyepieces - 25x and 2x Barlow that work well. The longer lens is compressed to avoid breaking slides or scratching the lens. The rotating eyepiece is a bit stiff for small children, but rotates quite smoothly. both LEDs are quite bright and adjustable. It has a fixed single lens Abbe condenser which is important for a clear view. We bought a standard set of 48 plastic slides prepared and they fit our first grader well. The color wheel makes it a lot easier to see some slides. *One of the highlights I was looking for was a color filter to avoid using stain as much as possible. The focus knobs are in tandem, I was hoping for a fine, one course, but all together. It's good enough, not perfect, but probably good enough for high school. I like having the choice of wall outlet or battery power. I haven't tried batteries yet. It comes with some accessories like prepped and blank slides, a slide prep kit and a phone adapter that works great with our Samsungs. it arrived in perfect condition in 2 or 3 days with prime. What I don't like is that I wish the course/fineness knobs were separate like I said. it doesn't come with the case. that's how it should be, that's how it should be. As a temporary solution, we found a padded gun case and a plastic tool box. a mechanical stage would be nice, but it's ok for our little one. there was a part missing (the camera adapter we bought locally yesterday is exactly the same as the one pictured in this listing) and Revain have issued a partial refund.
