Best in the Industry but a HUGE hassle to install in existing cabinets. If you think you can convert your cabinets into a soft close system yourself, make sure you understand that it will take HOURS and possibly days to get close to your expectations and even then, it probably isn't what you want. It's not those slides fault, about 75% of my installs went and works great and like the youtube video you watched said it's what I want. The other 25% are a bit sticky, maybe not ideal and sometimes lose their catch. So be aware of what you are getting yourself into with them. They COULD work great, but it's not just one screw and one level and you'll be done in 10 minutes.
