Arrived with a damaged bulb - 1 of 2 bulbs did not light when inserted into socket

Update - Seller contacted me and issue with bulb refund solved - great service seller support. Sometimes there are problems and it's nice to get professional feedback and support from the seller. Two bulbs per pack. One of the bulbs didn't work - when I put the bulb in the socket, the bulb flickered and went out and then didn't work.When I took the bulb out of the box I noticed a ringing noise that is usually heard when replacing a worn bulb.But I was hoping it was just a new ring that I didn't know about .
