not very well made

I bought two punches, 12mm and 16mm. They are difficult to use, it takes a lot of effort to punch holes in a regular sheet of paper. 12mm cuts quite well, 16mm often freezes. If it wasn't for the fact that metric punches are hard to come by here in the US and I need them, I would be sending them back. I hope I find the best brand that suits me. NOW to Desire. I WANT a good company like Fiscars to make metric punches and sell them here in the US. What I need them for requires metric measurements. the rest of the world uses them. It is time,

Blade can be sharpened by punching through aluminum foil or oiled by punching through wax paper
