The tool allows you as an admin user, create different schedules in order that when they are used by users or managers it shows them what tasks need doing which will be executed at various times during each day/week etc., so we can see who's actually working rather than just getting updates from emails every now again once things have been completed - I would like this feature more fully implemented across our entire estate! We've managed quite well without any other tools but having something similar integrated into one platform (as opposed to using several) makes life much easier too.
