Fits snugly on 64mm oil filters used in Toyota vehicles and some Honda vehicles. It is made of aluminum alloy, which is durable and rust-resistant. The hex wrench requires a 15/16 or 24mm spanner, but I found both sizes fit a little messy, so I recommend using a 6-point head and avoiding 12-point spanners, which shift easily can round off. In my opinion, this does not detract from the quality of the tools, but it is worth mentioning for the test report. I can almost fit on a 23mm head, and I'm pretty sure I could slip on a worn 23mm head when I push it down. That said, it's still better than the 3/8" square drive design on these and it's made in America.
